Supporting you, so you can support them.
Parenting doesn't come with a manual, and sometimes even the most loving parents can find themselves wondering what their child needs most....Step in, step back, hold firm, offer comfort, or simply listen?!

Parent support provides a space to explore these questions, understand what may be happening beneath the surface, and develop confidence in supporting your child in a way that feels both connected and child-centred.

This is not about blaming parents. It is about helping you feel more steady, resourced and clear, so your child does not have to carry the weight alone.
Looking Beyond Behaviour
Children do not always communicate through words. Sometimes they communicate through behaviour, emotions, withdrawal, anger, anxiety, perfectionism, school refusal, or struggles in relationships.

Rather than focusing only on stopping behaviours, we become curious about what they may be communicating.

Every behaviour has a story.

Together, we explore what your child may be experiencing and how best to support them in a way that strengthens connection, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

You Don't Have To Figure It Out Alone
Sometimes parents seek support because there is a specific challenge they are worried about.

Other times there is simply a sense that something isn't working, and they would like a space to reflect, understand, and explore a different way forward.

Parent support provides a place to slow down, make sense of what may be happening beneath the surface, and find practical ways to support your child while also caring for yourself.

My approach is warm, relational and child-centred, drawing on attachment, trauma-informed practice, nervous system awareness and holistic psychotherapy.
