In a world that often disconnects us from ourselves, this work is an invitation to return to what has been silenced, overwhelmed or forgotten beneath the noise of survival.
Together we slow down and listen beneath the surface with compassion, curiosity and care, supporting a deeper connection with yourself beyond the overwhelm, emotional pain or protective ways of coping that may have shaped your experience.

ABOUT
My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity and the understanding that emotional and behavioural struggles can arise through many different experiences, including overwhelm, stress, trauma, relationships, neurodivergence, life circumstances, and the protective ways we learn to cope and adapt.
My path into psychotherapy was shaped not only through formal study, but through my own lived experiences of rupture, loss, personal transformation and deep questioning, alongside more than 15 years immersed in holistic and healing-oriented spaces including meditation practice, group facilitation and women’s support work.
As a holistic psychotherapist, I integrate Process-Oriented Psychology, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, parts-based work, and reflective and creative approaches that support emotional expression, self-understanding and emotional wellbeing.
Alongside private practice, I also work within school wellbeing, supporting young people and families through emotional, behavioural and relational challenges. This work continues to deepen my understanding of emotional regulation, shame, attachment, nervous system responses, and the importance of feeling safely seen and understood.
Based in Torquay, Victoria, I offer in-person sessions along the Surf Coast as well as online support across Australia.
More about how I work...
My work is grounded in Master’s-level training in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy through the Metavision Institute, integrating Process-Oriented Psychology, relational and trauma-informed approaches, nervous system awareness, somatic (body-based) exploration, parts work, mindfulness, creativity and reflective inquiry.
I work holistically, recognising the connection between mind, body, emotions, relationships and the wider systems we exist within. Sessions may include reflective dialogue, body awareness, creative reflection, exploration of recurring emotional patterns and life themes, and developing greater understanding of the protective ways we adapt and cope through life experiences.
My approach is grounded in curiosity rather than pathology. Rather than asking “what is wrong with you?” or “why did you do that?”, I am more interested in understanding your experience, your story, what has happened, what protective patterns may have developed, and what deeper emotional needs may be asking for attention beneath the surface.
Alongside formal training, my work has also been influenced by the work of Arnold Mindell, Carl Jung and contemporary trauma-informed and depth-oriented approaches that value curiosity, symbolism, the unconscious, and the many layers of human experience.
I do not stand apart as someone who has “arrived,” but meet people as another human being navigating the complexity, vulnerability and continual unfolding of life. I believe therapy is not about perfection or fixing ourselves, but about developing greater awareness, compassion, connection and capacity to be with what is true.
My intention is to offer a grounded and compassionate space where people feel safe enough to explore themselves more honestly, reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and move toward greater emotional wellbeing, authenticity and self-understanding.
These experiences and teachings weave together within my practice. I offer a grounded, compassionate and non-pathologising space where people are met with respect for the complexity of their lived experience.
