MY APPROACH
My aim is to meet you where you are, walking alongside you in your process to help unfold it in ways that might not be possible alone. Often, what we need most is someone who can truly see and hear us, someone who can connect with our inner experience, like meeting a kindred spirit who speaks the same language.
I draw on a range of approaches, including Process Oriented Psychology, an awareness-based therapy that invites exploration and insight to what is present in the moment. Through a subtle yet profound dynamic known as transference, this deepens awareness to your process, allowing a natural flow to emerge. By honouring our deepest self, we tap into inner wisdom and inherent power.
In our sessions, we gently hold space for the full range of human experience, including deeper moments of insight and self-discovery that may emerge from a greater awareness, revealing what wasn’t immediately visible before. This can lead to expanded awareness, new perspectives, and a deeper sense of meaning. Whether you're seeking clarity, connection, or a renewed sense of self, each session is uniquely shaped by your journey.
