MY APPROACH
My aim is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you in a way that feels supportive, safe, and without judgement. Together, we create space to move through experiences that can feel overwhelming or hard to face alone. I bring a calm, steady presence during times of pain, transition, loss, or uncertainty. My work is trauma-informed and intuitive, helping you feel grounded while gently opening to new possibilities for healing.
I draw on Process-Oriented Psychology and a deep awareness of the whole person. In practice, this means working with whatever shows up in the moment, emotions, body sensations, dreams, or the subtle shifts that happen in awareness. This approach recognises that even our struggles hold meaning and potential. By meeting them with curiosity and care, we can uncover hidden strengths and begin to feel more connected, resilient, and whole.
