What happens in a session?

Each session is guided by what you bring and what naturally arises in the moment. Sometimes that looks like talking and gentle grounding; at other times, it may involve working with what feels alive through imagery, light movement, or visualisation.
The intention is always to meet you safely, honour your pace, and help you find clarity — with gentleness and reverence for your unique experience.

What’s the difference between 60 and 90 minutes?

Accepted Answer

60 min: A focused session for regular support and ongoing therapy.

90 min: An extended session with more spaciousness — ideal for new clients, deep trauma work, or when you feel something big needs time to unfold.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Accepted Answer

No preparation is needed. Just come as you are. Some people bring a problem they have whether a physical, mental or relational challenge,  an idea they want to discuss , dreams, or a question they’re holding, but this is optional.

Where are sessions held?

In-person: Mondays at Village Wellness in Torquay (clinic room upstairs).
Online: Via Zoom on Tuesdays, if you prefer to work from home.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’re drawn to explore any challenges you have whether grief, trauma, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection — and you want a safe, soulful space to do so — this work may resonate. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to start with one session and see how it feels.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. This respects both your time and mine, and helps keep spaces open for others who need them.

I offer Holistic Psychotherapy with an intuitive, process-oriented approach. My work is grounded in Process-Oriented Psychology, trauma awareness, and transpersonal depth practices, but it’s not limited to one method.
I work intuitively, following your body, voice, emotions, dreams, and subtle signals in the moment. This may include conversation, breath, imagery, movement, or visual exploration. Each session adapts uniquely to you -  guided by presence, intuition, and what feels safe and supportive.
